At ZOFIYA, we strive to provide high-quality jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or wrong.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 4-5 days
